my understanding of them is just how much they "grab".  the different stages are for racing because they start off really fast and a stock clutch will just slip awayso they somting more that would transfer more power. for more info i would just go onto the samba.

Stage one has a muchy feeling to it. The springs isnt as strong as stage 2,3 or 4. As the stages go up the spessure the pressure plate delivers is stronger. The more horsepower you have the higher stage you want. Like our sandrail has a stage three because it has 250hp and gets alot of traction. Dont want to have the clutch slip when you get on the throttle. A stock vw is good with a stage 1. Or stage two if you want some punch off the line when you pop the clutch.

its not a bad slip but i was thinking the dot 5 has a higher boiling point.
this would only work if im right that the overheating clutch is causing bubbles. worth a try for less than £10

I dont know personally, but I think it would just make it so your master cylinder has to move less fluid to undo the pressure plate.

Probably similar to getting a shorter master cylinder that moves more fluid
By the way, to whom the  biotualet is necessary, come I recommend  biotualet.
